Bloating may feel different and present itself differently from person to person. However, generally speaking, people use the term to describe themselves as feeling full, or larger, to an uncomfortable degree. Bloating can occur throughout the whole body or it can be localized. Why Do You Have Uncontrollable Bloating?

1.     Overeating

3.     Eating Foods High in Sodium and/or Starch

Foods high in sodium can cause your body to retain water. High-starch foods can cause gaseous bloating. Both can lead to uncomfortable and persistent bloating.

4.     Drinking Alcohol and Carbonated Beverages

Both alcohol and carbonated beverages, such as soda or bubbly water, can irritate your stomach and cause bloat.
