Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia share the screen for the very first time in the upcoming movie The Vvan. This project also brings together a notable partnership between TVF and Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures. The creators have now provided a first look into the universe of Vvan, blending traditional folklore, local tales, humor, and a contemporary outlook.

The footage introduces Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia as an urban couple based in Mumbai. Tamannaah invites him to visit her family’s ancestral home to celebrate Chhath Puja, centering the narrative around the five days of this sacred observance. Initially, Sidharth’s character—a skeptic—dismisses the local warnings about the dangers lurking in the nearby forest. However, he soon encounters supernatural events firsthand and begins taking the warnings seriously. The preview also reveals that Sidharth experiences visions of bygone eras, suggesting a deeper tie to the region’s history and a destiny as its guardian.
