Shah Rukh Khan is currently undertaking renovations at his famous Bandra home, Mannat, which includes the construction of a new gallery. To accommodate the extensive repair work, the actor and his family relocated from the property temporarily in April 2025.
The project involves Anand Pandit’s firm, which is working on adding two new floors to the building’s annexe. Officials anticipate the remodeling will wrap up in the next two to three months.
Once the construction is finished, Shah Rukh and his family are scheduled to move back into the substantially enlarged residence.
