Rashmika Mandanna became visibly emotional when discussing her upcoming portrayal of the legendary vocalist M.S. Subbulakshmi in a fresh biographical film titled ‘M.S – A Legacy On Screen’.
The movie, which held its official launch on September 16, is being helmed by director Gowtam Tinnanuri and features a musical arrangement by composer Anirudh Ravichander.
At the launch event, Kamal Haasan addressed the intricate challenges of portraying such a deeply respected cultural icon, expressing a desire to introduce Subbulakshmi’s extraordinary heritage to a younger audience and spark inspiration among them.
