Sobhita Dhulipala has opened up about her character, Rathi, in Pa. Ranjith’s highly anticipated movie Vettuvam. Characterizing Rathi as an unapologetic woman, Dhulipala highlighted that her role features active participation in the film’s intense action sequences.
According to the actor, she connects with her roles by embracing their diverse manifestations as part of a larger, cohesive whole.
Dhulipala previously made her entry into Tamil cinema through Mani Ratnam’s grand historical epic Ponniyin Selvan. Meanwhile, Vettuvam marks the first pan-India project for director Pa. Ranjith and is scheduled for release soon.
