Farida Pankaj Udhas, wife of the late ghazal maestro Pankaj Udhas, has rented out a commercial space measuring 3,347 square feet in Pune to ICICI Bank. The agreement spans nine years and carries a total rental value of approximately Rs 2.89 crore.
Under the terms of the transaction, the monthly rent is set at Rs 2.50 lakh, alongside a security deposit of Rs 10 lakh, provisions for multiple parking spots, and a 10% rent increase scheduled every three years.
