Avengers: Endgame Encore is now playing in theaters. The newly added footage leading up to Avengers: Doomsday has left initial audiences eager for more. Viewers are immediately anticipating the next massive battle, expansive ensemble cast, and an unimaginable incursion. Avengers: Endgame Encore introduces fresh scenes that offer Marvel fans a preview of what might unfold in Avengers: Doomsday. Along with an extended conclusion, the re-release includes three post-credit scenes introducing new twists to the narrative.

Avengers: Endgame Encore — New Extended Scene
The initial and most prominent scene lasts only a few seconds. It takes place when Old Captain America is seated following the time jump, mirroring the exact moment from 2019’s Avengers: Endgame. During his conversation with Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson, in which he hands over the shield, the two men shake hands while Steve Rogers places his other hand on top of Sam’s. At this point, viewers spot a ring on Rogers’ hand, prompting Sam to ask if Rogers cares to share how his wife is doing.

The subsequent piece of additional footage occurs during the period when Captain America remains in the past. While the original Endgame featured him dancing with Hayley Atwell’s Agent Carter, this version presents a different scenario. The sequence opens on the street outside their home—the exact street and house featured in the teaser announcing Captain America’s return. The camera pans through the window, capturing Cap and Carter sharing a quiet moment together before a knock sounds at the door.
As Rogers and Carter grow alarmed and brace themselves for an unexpected visitor, the Man Out of Time conceals himself behind a wall. Agent Carter answers the door and inquires if she can offer assistance, but the visitor instead requests help from both Carter and Rogers. The individual standing on the porch is then unmasked as Loki.

Mid-Credit Scene 1
Bruce Banner appears locked away inside a military installation, situated several feet beneath the surface to prevent the Hulk from breaking free and causing destruction in the aftermath of Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
Banner is recorded documenting the situation on a phone camera while discussing the research he conducted during his isolation. Suddenly, a glitch disrupts the recording. Following a loud noise, a bright green light illuminates the room and washes over Banner’s face. While Banner attempts to address the new presence, the voice of Robert Downey Jr.’s Dr. Doom announces, “I am here to collect you.”
Banner transforms into the Hulk and lets out a shout, while Doom departs and takes the Hulk with him. Once the camera feed stabilizes, a glowing green emblem is visible on the floor.
Mid-Credit Scene 2
Miss Minutes greets the audience with a giggle, but the tone shifts as Owen Wilson’s Mobius is shown panicking while Ouroboros informs him that multiple Earths are colliding. The total count escalates rapidly within seconds.
The situation escalates from a clash between two Earths into an incursion involving 3,000 Earths. At this juncture, Ouroborus tells Mobius that “the Multiverse is collapsing.”

Post-Credit Scene
This sequence replays the familiar sound heard at the conclusion of Avengers: Endgame: a hammer striking an anvil. While originally a tribute to Tony Stark, Avengers: Endgame Encore reveals that the craftsman is someone else. Each strike of the hammer heightens the tension. During the final three blows, three quick flashes of footage appear: the first shows the hammer hitting metal, the second depicts a mask emerging from flames, and the third identifies the mask as belonging to Dr. Victor von Doom.
