A topic like 26/11 – Mumbai Terror Attack is something that is a heartbreaking emotion for every Indian! The trailer for Prahaar, starring Rajkummar Rao in an intense portrayal of Ujjwal Nikam, has sparked strong interest among fans. For the unversed, Ujjwal Nikam is the legal mastermind who fought the historic trial against 26/11 terrorist Ajmal Kasab. The film’s hard-hitting premise has positioned it for a promising start at the ticket counters already!

Given the strong dialogue delivery and the legal courtroom setup showcased in the trailer, the film displays strong chances of entering the top 5 opening days of Rajkummar Rao at the box office. With a strong wave of applause for the trailer, the film might be looking at 5.5 – 6.5 crore opening at the box office.

If the film is promoted well, then this real-life biographical drama might move past the 7 crore mark and reach a higher spot in the list of the top 5 openers of Rajkummar Rao. If initial spot bookings and word-of-mouth align with the positive reception of the trailer, Prahaar is well-positioned to cement its spot as the third biggest opener of Rajkummar Rao’s career, pushing Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video out of the top 5 spots for Rajkummar Rao’s top openings at the box office!
