Veer Pahariya and Aafiya Sayed’s recent release, Prem Keetanu, has almost drowned in the Drishyam 3 storm. The film was released in theaters on October 2, clashing with Ajay Devgn’s film. Veer Pahariya’s rom-com has witnessed a massive drop on its first Monday, losing many shows. Adding to the clash, the film also received mixed to negative reviews, which did not help the film at the box office. The film has been nearly washed out and has almost no chance for redemption.

The Hindi film, which also stars Aparshakti Khurrana, had a disappointing start at the box office with a net total of 50 lakh. The film did not witness any growth over the weekend due to a lack of positive buzz. The film took 3 days to cross the 1 crore mark and has now crashed at the box office. On its 1st Monday, the film earned just 10 lakh at the domestic box office against 685 showings. The film had an occupancy rate of just 7%.

However, Prem Keetanu marks Veer Pahariya’s first solo lead and the debut of Aafiya Sayed. At the box office, it is set to script a disaster.
