The long-awaited romantic comedy Sandakari, starring Vemal and Shriya Saran, is officially scheduled to arrive in cinemas on September 18. Serving as a remake of the successful Malayalam film My Boss, the movie features supporting performances from Prabhu and Sathyan.
Having been shot across international locations, Sandakari has previously secured three Tamil Nadu State Film Awards. The impending theatrical rollout will serve as an important measure of how the movie performs with audiences on the big screen.
