Ladder Match Casino kicked off this year's AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view. The party featured Darby Allin, Colt Cabana, Orange Cassidy, Joey Janela, Scorpio Sky, Kip Sabian, Frankie Kazarian, Luchasaurus and a mysterious participant.

Scorpio Sky and Frankie Kazarian fought during the first 2 minutes of the match. Kip Sabian entered the game and took advantage of the No DQ rule, but Jimmy Havoc helped him beat Kaz and Sky. There was a scary place where Havoc tried something from the top and failed and fell and hit the back of the head with a ladder. Darby Allin was the next participant and eliminated everyone since he was the new one in the match. Allin made a crazy spot where he jumped off the top of the ladder with his skateboard under him. The goal was to drive Kazarian through a table, but Kaz pulled away and Allin slammed into the staircase.

Orange Cassidy was the next person in the match. Cassidy went to the announcers to ask them how to win this match. Colt Cabana was the next person in the fight when Cassidy tried to figure out how to install a ladder in the ring. Joey Janela was the seventh participant and pulled everyone out before trying to climb the ladder to grab the chip. Janela was pulled out by a chair taken from Scorpio Sky. Luchasaurus was the eighth participant. He pulled everyone out and tossed Sabian onto a pile by the side of the ring. Luchasaurus also hit Kazarian against a ladder bridge in the corner of the ring. Allin stepped back and struck a Code Red from the middle rope towards Luchasaurus, but Allin was still favoring her knee.

The ninth participant was Brian Cage. Taz was with him and the announcers wondered if Taz was his coach or manager. Cage destroyed everyone in combat and climbed the ladder with Cassidy on his back as the other fighters returned to the ring. It took everyone to get Cage off the ladder. Cage was finally pulled out of action with a ladder and a steel pole to his face and was later buried by chairs and chips that were used as accessories.

Cassidy was close to grabbing the chip hanging on the ladder, but Havoc interfered. Best friends ran to help Cassidy. Marko Stunt appeared in the match to help Luchasaurus. Janela then hit a Death Valley driver in Cassidy on the chip at ringside that had Cage underneath. Sky and Taz fought at the top of the stairs, but were rejected by Luchasaurus. Cage was able to turn off the objects on him and returned to combat and went back and forth with Luchasaurus in an excellent offensive exchange. Cage finally seized power by bombarding Luchasaurus on a ladder in the corner of the ring. Taz appeared again to shout instructions to Cage about his assault on Allin. Cage picked up a ladder with Allin on top and then tossed it with Darby to the ground next to the ring.

Cage climbed the ladder to grab the chip. You will get a future title shot.
