Everyone knows that ice hockey is almost the best in the world, and it is also the fastest and most frantic sport of all.

So, being in Las Vegas for CES 2020, it was absolutely obvious to contact the Golden Knights of Las Vegas to see if they could help with some evidence of torture on the ice.

Luckily for us, the fantastic people of the Golden Knights organization agreed and hosted us at the team's practice facilities, City National Arena in Summerlin, Nevada.

Together with the former NHLer analyst and on the air for the Knights, Shane Hnidy, we conducted a series of totally unscientific, but a bit hilarious, tests on some of the toughest teams we could convince companies to send us.

The results are a bit more surprising than you think, but above all they perfectly demonstrate what is at stake against a piece of vulcanized frozen rubber.
