Britney Spears is gearing up for her third marriage. The 39 year old has just revealed that Donatella Versace is designing the gown she’ll wear to wed fiancé Sam Asghari. This is in stark contrast to her previous marriage in 2004 to Jason Alexander. The pop star infamously wore ripped jeans, a cut-off top, and a baseball cap. But Britney isn’t the only celeb who’s splashed out on a subsequent marriage.

Luther star Idris Elba has been married three times. The 49 year old married his second wife Sonya Nicole Hamlin in 2006, but the couple split a few weeks later. They had a classic spur of the moment Las Vegas wedding at the Little White Wedding Chapel. It’s no surprise that he’s third wedding to Sabrina Dhowre was a more lavish affair. The couple had a three day-wedding in Marrakesh in 2019. Sabrina wore a Vera Wang dress and Idris stunned in a Ozwalk Boateng suit. The wedding included a welcome celebration, a traditional Mali musician, fireworks, acrobats, belly dancers, and fine food.

Gwen wore a beautiful Dior dress to her first wedding to Gavin Rossdale in London in 2002. But she really upped her game for her July 2021 wedding to Blake Shelton. For example, she wore two stunning Vera Wang designs. It’s not known what role Gwen’s children had on her big day. Often, couples on their second weddings will ask their children to be ring-bearers, bridesmaids, or groomsmen. The Hollaback Girl singer made sure to include her children in her nuptials though as one of her dresses was customized to include her three children’s names on the veil. Her second dress was a strapless mini with hand-sewn embroidery featuring multiple love birds. The couple personalized the wedding further by marrying in their own chapel which is based on Shelton’s Oklahoma ranch.

Heidi Klum is another celeb on her third marriage. Her latest nuptials to Tom Kaulitz took place in 2019 onboard a yacht. The yacht was a 99.13-metre charter, decorated in stunning flower canopies. The star wore three dresses to celebrate her big day – a lace gown with a thigh-high split, a silk halter neck dress, and an off-the-shoulder gown with puffy sleeves. The wedding definitely had one up on her 2005 nuptials to Seal which took place at his villa in Mexico.

Chris was previously married to Anna Faris who recently eloped and wed Michael Barrett. All that’s known about Chris and Anna’s wedding is that it was a private do in Bali in 2009. His 2018 wedding to Katherine was certainly bigger. It took place in beautiful Montecito, California. The couple were surrounded by greenery, flowers, family, and friends. Giorgio Armani designed the bride’s dress and the groom’s suit.
