If you are a Dragon Age fan, then there is some exciting news for you! Dragon Age series on Netflix is now available to stream. You can watch all of the Dragon Age games in chronological order, as well as enjoy exclusive behind-the-scenes footage that you will not find anywhere else. This guide provides information about what exactly the Dragon Age series on Netflix entails, why it’s such a big deal for fans, and what new episodes are coming out soon.
Is Dragon Age Series on Netflix?
Netflix is planning to make a show about the game Dragon Age. But we don’t know if this is true. We have not heard from Netflix or BioWare. Instead, this news comes from the site Giant Freakin Robot. The outlet published a report in which they have claimed that they have access to a very credible and trusted exclusive source, which may indicate that the Dragon Age TV adaptation rumors are true.
Many people are wondering about the TV show Dragon Age. It is a good game. They wonder what it will be like on TV. One thing they are thinking about is the form it will take. For example, The Witcher has had a very successful translation from a game franchise to a highly favored series through taking on a live-action approach to filming. So, the claims of Netflix helming and streaming the TV adaptation of Dragon Age are no surprise.
What is the relation between Witcher and Dragon ages?
A popular show that is streamed a lot on Netflix is The Witcher. This show has been watched by many people and it has helped to make Netflix even better in the eyes of people. A lot of people want to see The Witcher series get made into a live-action TV show and this appears like the best way for it to happen because However, the Dragon Age game franchise is heavily rooted and derived from fantasy elements. As fans know, Dragon Age is set in the magical world of Theda in which humans, dwarfs, and elves roam and co-habitat amongst one another.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a true game narrative without a little good vs. evil. The Dragon Age game is centered around a crew of mythological and noble fighters whose task is to defeat the villainous Blight. The Blight actually refers to an event that takes place every few hundred years, in which the dark spawn return to Theda to wreak havoc and disruption on civilization. Many fans are concluding that Blight’s return will most likely be the start and introduction of the series.
With the addition of Dragon Age, Netflix seems to be strategically seeking out the gaming market as a way to straddle the line of entertainment. The streaming platform seems to be adamant about bridging the gap between gamers and TV. They intend to provide gamers the high of fantasy, even when they wish to take a break from actual gaming. Although the details of Dragon Age have yet to come out of the shadows, fans can look forward to being able to access the world of Theda and its mystic creatures in more ways than just one.
What can we expect from Dragon Age Series on Netflix?
Netflix has been trying to take up as much space in gaming as possible. They have gone from just offering games to also making game adaptations. Now they are going to Thedas from a rumor. That’s right; apparently, there is a Dragon Age TV series in the works over at Netflix, at least if recent rumors are to be believed.
In a new report from a “trusted source,” Giant Freakin Robot has learned that a reported Dragon Age TV series is in the works. No details were offered at this time, but if I were to guess, I would say that it would be in an animated format if this is happening. The reason is that if you adopt a Dragon Age story, it will be really big. It would be better to do an animated movie because they usually are. Dragon Age has already had its other stories in Dawn of the Seeker, and so have BioWare games.
What are the confirmed details on Dragon ages?
With no details and no confirmation from BioWare or Netflix, it’s hard to speculate what this new series could be about, or even if it truly exists. That being said, we do know that Dragon Age 4 will continue the story that began without Wardens deep into the hearts of Tevinter, Navarra, and the beautiful Antiva.
We know that the recent comics have also been rooted deep within the land of blood mages and magisters with Tevinter, as well, so I would assume that anything branching away from that would take a new approach. Whether that be an adaptation of the games themselves or the incredible books and comics that spawned after is anyone’s guess, but Thedas is huge, which means that there are a billion and one different ways a TV series could go.
Regarding Dragon Age 4, we didn’t get a new trailer during EA Play, but we did just recently get some fancy new concept art that features The Crows! If interested, check out our previous coverage here, where you can see my tinfoil hat in the shape of Zevran in action.
