What is the release date of “Ratched” season 2?
Netflix has not announced a release date for Ratched season 2 yet.
The film and television show production has been delayed because of the pandemic. We don’t know when they will start filming again. Last September, Paulson toldΒ VarietyΒ she is “going back to work soon, not on Ratched.” That project was probably the new season of American Horror Story, which starts in September.
Both of these shows are created by Murphy, so he might be busy for a long time. He is working on many projects in season 2, and no one knows what will happen. Who knows when the pandemic is going to start. We don’t know what will happen.

It is likely that the second season of “Nurse Ratched” will not be filmed until the fall of 2021 or even later. It may not be shown on Netflix until late 2022.
What is the plot of “Ratched” season 2?
The ending of season 1 made it seem like the show is about to have a new villain. But we don’t know who it is yet.
In the last episode, Edmund escaped Lucia State Hospital with help from fellow patient Charlotte and motel manager Louise. Meanwhile, Mildred has moved to Mexico. This is because her love, Gwendolyn, has been diagnosed with lung cancer.
Then, after a two-year time jump, Edmund called Mildred. Believing that she had previously planned to kill him, he tells her he’s found her new hideout, and he’s going to kill her and Gwendolyn. Mildred’s response: Not if she kills him first. Ratched is a play about a bad woman. It is like the movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.
The plan would be to do four seasons, but if we were to go on, it would be for a second season. And in the fourth season, we end up in the Cuckoo’s Nest era. But I don’t think that we will ever find ourselves in the hospital. Unless it’s at a time before McMurphy was admitted to the hospital or before all of those patients were there. Unless you want to see computer-generated Danny DeVito’s and Jack Nicholsons acting with me, which is not the way to do it.
Who will be starring in “Ratched” season 2?
The cast list for season 2 of the series Retched is not confirmed, but we think that Sarah Paulson will be back as Mildred Ratched.

We will not be seeing these notable Ratched cast members in the next season because their characters are dead. But they might show up in a flashback, dream, or vision.
