NewsDio desk : The advisor of former US President has announced that it is just a matter of time before we can see Donald Trump return to social media. Jason Miller spoke to Fox News about how Mr. Donald Trump would be storming the social media in two or three months.
His remarks come in the backdrop about how President was banned from Facebook and Twitter as the deadly riots occurred in Washington DC on January.
It presented a very grim picture of the world’s largest democracy as the mayhem was totally unprecedented and uncalled for. The riots were very intense as the whole world took the visuals by total surprise, as there was arson where five people including a police officer have lost their lives.
The riots have indeed forced people to think as to how weak foundations of American democracy can really be.
Traditionally Mr. Trump has been using Twitter for connecting with his voters and it has been ten years where he has been doing the same.
His Twitter account saw whopping 90 million followers. Mr. Miller has just left everyone curious about the next course of action which the president is going to take.
He further said that the president is strategizing extensively to promote political and civic engagement for getting the attention of us voters. For this purpose, he is conducting various high powered meetings with regards to the Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.
Various companies have already got in touch with him and the new platform is going to be a very big affair which is going to attract tens of millions of people.
Reason for Mr. President to be banned
Mr. Trump was earlier locked for twelve hours in Twitter in January after he has shown sympathy to the protestors who ran berserk at the US capitol and he referred them as “Patriots”.
There were scores of supporters who went inside the complex as US Congress made all attempts to project Joe Biden’s victory in the presidential elections held last year.
There was a strict warning from Twitter which said that it is going to ban his account on Twitter on permanent basis, if he violated the platform again. However, he paid a deaf ear to the warning, and he tweeted twice which totally went against the policy of twitter. Hence, it didn’t take long for Twitter to suspend the account from both Facebook and Twitter along with Snapchat as well.
The warning and then the permanent ban is seen as a lesson for everyone irrespective of power and position that no one is above the law when it comes to flouting the rules.
Twitter along with other social media platforms have set a very high example about how one should follow and that one can’t give excuse about his power and position in any manner.
Well, as per the recent news, it is to be seen as to how former president comes up and shows its presence on social media platforms where his irresponsible attitude has taught him a lesson before.
Let’s have fingers crossed till then.
