This Hulu animated special is centered around two 15-year-old girls, Sam and Ally. The show will be about their adventures in high school as they try to fit in with the popular kids and make new friends. They do this while also navigating how to deal with puberty, education at school, and just trying to survive adolescence! Hulu has not yet released an official release date for this new show, but we can’t wait for it!

– Sam (voiced by Abbi Jacobson) is the protagonist of Hulu’s “Pen15.” She has brown hair and wears a turquoise dress with white polka dots. Sam is outgoing, determined, and isn’t afraid to make mistakes.
– Ally (voiced by Maya Rudolph) is her best friend who comments on the things Sam does. Ally has blonde hair and wears a green dress with white polka dots. Ally is more introverted and cautious.
– Annie (voiced by Mae Whitman) is the nerdy, cute girl of Hulu’s “Pen15.” She has long curly hair with a pink bow on top and wears an orange dress with white polka dots. Annie struggles to make friends at school because she isn’t confident in herself or her abilities.
– Geraldine (voiced by Natasha Rothwell) is the mean girl who bullies Annie. Geraldine has dark hair and wears a red dress with white polka dots.
– Johnny Pemberton plays Sean, one of Sam’s friends at Hulu’s “Pen15.” He wants to be popular but doesn’t have any real talents or skills.
– Maya Rudolph as Sam
– Jameela Jamil as Isabelle: a popular girl who is mean to Annie
– Miguel Gomez as Danny: Sam’s other friend. He has a big crush on Isabelle, which he keeps secret for most of Hulu’s “Pen15”.
– Will Forte as Gary Gourdoltz: the guidance counsellor at Hulu’s “Pen15.”
– Geraldine, Johnny Pemberton, Maya Rudolph, Jameela Jamil, and Miguel Gomez are all voice actors. The other main characters in Hulu’s “Pen15” are animated.
Plot details:
