Elite Wrestling (AEW) star Jon Moxley has requested some new brands, according to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
On Friday, February 7, Moxley applied for the registered trademark of the name "Jon Moxley". These were the descriptions of use presented for the name before the USPTO:
"Hats; Hoodies; Pants; Shirts FIRST USE: 20040000. FIRST USE IN COMMERCE: 20040000
“Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances of a professional wrestling personality and sports entertainment; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances of a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and animator; Provision of news and information fight through a global computer network; Provide online interviews with a professional wrestler and a sports entertainer in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes. The next day, on February 8, Moxley requested the trademark "Mox" for the same description as the previous one. Attorney Michael E. Dockins, based in Toledo, Ohio, filed trademarks on behalf of Moxley. Dockins also makes trademark presentations for The Revival and several other AEW stars.
