Karishma Prakash, Deepika Padukone’s manager has been untraceable for quite some time now and she finally made an appearance before the NCB on Wednesday. She was being called by the investigating authority as she was alleged of being linked to the Bollywood stars, and the employees of the talent management agency, KWAN in regards to the illegal supply and consumption of drugs.

To utter surprise, she had not responded to the seizure of 1.8 grams of hashish at her residence and thus, the authorities had sent a notice regarding the same to her mother as well as her employer. Post the summons, Karishma had filed an anticipatory bail in front of the NDPS court.

The court had given a relief to her from the arrest till 7th of November on a condition that she will have to report to the investigating officers as per the turns of the case. Earlier, she was questioned by the NCB on 26th of September and during that time, she had confronted about how Deepika Padukone was asking about ‘hash’ and ‘maal’ on the chats.
