– Casey (Ryan McCartan): The actor portraying Casey does not actually have ASD himself. He falls head over heels in love with Jules after they meet at a Love on the Spectrum support group. However, he comes from a very wealthy family whose expectations for Casey are high.
– Samara (Katie Stevens): Samara is an aspiring singer who has autism spectrum disorder. She also falls in love with Kevin and helps him learn to play the guitar so that they can form their own band after she loses her original band.
– Kevin (Jacob Artist): Love on the Spectrum: Season One’s protagonist is a senior in high school who has Asperger syndrome. He falls for Samara at first sight, but he also struggles to make friends with his classmates because of how uncomfortable they are around him due to his autism spectrum disorder diagnosis.
– Max (Niles Fitch): Love on the Spectrum: Season One’s protagonist is a senior in high school who has Asperger syndrome.
