Narendar Luthar was famous writer of Urdu and ex Ex chief secretary of Andar Pradesh. he was born in hoshiyar pur in 23 March 1932, his first appointment was in Kurnool 1956,he wrote several books about Hyderabadi culture and Urdu travelogues.
He wrote a monogram of Mohammad quli qutub Shah, he was Member of Save the rock socity,his several articles published in Monthly Shigofa, Hyderabad (Editor : mustafa Kamal).
