The most eminent and efficient poet of Hyderabad passed away on 20th of January in 2021.
The most notable poet , Abdur Rehman whose pen name is Rehman Jami was born on 8th October in 1934, at Mahaboob Nagar in Telangana State. He authered twelve poetry books, which were selected and awarded for the best book award from different Academies in India.

The M.Phil research work has been done on him with the title of “Rehman Jami personality and achievements ” by Mohammed YUNIS from Central University Hyderabad. Ayisha did Ph.D. research work on his “Poetry and Style”.
He was Not just a poet but he was a Best Guide of several Urdu poets and Urdu lovers will not forgive his services to Urdu language and Literature.
