Realme X50 Pro 5G will debut with a 90Hz Super AMOLED screen, a teaser image published by Realme revealed on Friday. The new development comes a few hours after the Chinese company announced the support of 65W SuperDart Charge on the new flagship. The Realme X50 Pro 5G, which would be the update of the existing Realme X50 5G, was initially planned to debut at the MWC 2020 in Barcelona. However, the original launch plan was modified due to the cancellation of the MWC. The Realme X50 Pro 5G will now debut through an online launch event that will air through Madrid.
The last teaser image was aware on behalf of Realme Europe on Twitter. Take a look at the Realme X50 Pro 5G and highlight the presence of the "full screen Super AMOLED 90Hz". This is noticeably different from the Realme X50 5G, which appears to be a diluted version of the Realme X50 Pro 5G that has an update frequency of 120Hz.
In addition to the refresh rate, the teaser image shows the Realme X50 Pro 5G double hole selfie camera. It also suggests that the new Realme phone would come with a normal Super AMOLED panel, not a curved screen that we have in the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro competitors.
A recent teaser published by Realme Europe's Twitter account revealed the 65W SuperDart Charge fast charging technology in the Realme X50 Pro 5G. The new development would be an update of the existing VOOC and SuperVOOC charging technologies that Realme and its original parent company, Oppo, have implemented in their smartphones so far.
The CEO of Realme India, Madhav Sheth, also examined Xiaomi by displaying 65W technology as a superior option against the 50W fast charge available on the Mi 10 Pro.
The launch of Realme X50 Pro 5G will take place on February 24. It will be done through an online transmission.
