-James Spader as Raymond Reddington: The Blacklist: Season nine will see the return of The Blacklist’s original character, Raymond Reddington. James Spader is expected to reprise his role as The Concierge Of Crime in all 22 episodes of The Blacklist: Season Nine
-Megan Boone as Elizabeth Keen: Megan Boone returns for her final season on The Blacklist as Agent Keen. The Blacklist: Season Nine will see Elizabeth Keen investigate the truth behind her mother’s disappearance, as well as keeping tabs on Tom (Ryan Eggold), who is now working alongside the FBI Task Force to help them take down The Cabal.
-Hisham Tawfiq as Dembe Zuma: Hisham Tawfiq will return as The Blacklist’s character Dembe Zuma. The last time audiences saw him, he was being held captive by The Cabal after discovering their plan to use The Fulcrum against the public – but that is not where his story ended.
-Ryan Eggold as Tom Keen: The Blacklist: The season nine premiere will see Ryan Eggold return as the character Tom Keen, The Blacklist’s husband and father to Liz (Megan Boone) and Agnes.

-Harry Lennix as Harold Cooper: The Blacklist: The show’s former head of the task force who died in The Blacklist finale after being held captive by The Cabal. While it remains to be seen how he’ll return, there is a strong possibility that Harold will appear as an apparition or memory for Liz and Red (James Spader) – perhaps acting as their conscience as they look to take The Cabal down from the inside.
-Michael Aronov as The Postman: The Blacklist: A returning guest star who was last seen in The Blacklist Season Six episode “Ruin” alongside Tom and Liz, The Postman is a highly-skilled assassin known for his signature looks – including a post office uniform and an eyepatch. The Postman resurfaced in The Blacklist Season Seven episode “The Travel Agency” after Liz made contact with him to help her track down the man who killed Tom’s wife, Naomi Hyland (Mary-Louise Parker).
