– Stephanie Savage is the creator of this series and is the showrunner. She has worked on some of your favourite shows like Gossip Girl, and The OC
– Stefania Owen will play a character named Tessa who is ‘the daughter of an evangelical preacher’
– Ron Cephas Jones (who played Randall in This Is Us) will portray Reverend Brown, Tessa’s stepfather
– The stepsister of Tessa will be played by Brie Larson, who is famous for playing the main character in 2018’s hit film ‘Captain Marvel’
– Regina King from American Crime and Seven Seconds will portray a woman serving time on death row. Her name is Marcella.
– Ashton Sanders, known for his role in the Oscar-winning film Moonlight will play a character named Ethan
– And finally, Siena Agudong from A Good Place plays Tessa’s stepsister Jasmine.
The first episode is set to air on March 20th 2019 and it has been confirmed by Apple that every single one of its episodes will be available to enjoy on Apple TV, iPad and iPhone.
