Having debuted on September 3 with high expectations, the project served as Dulquer’s much-awaited Mollywood homecoming, generating significant initial excitement. Nevertheless, lukewarm early reviews hampered its theatrical trajectory, causing its daily earnings to trail behind Nivin Pauly’s Bethlehem Kudumba Unit, which was already running in its third week.
How Much Did I’m Game Earn At the Box Office In 9 Days?
The feature has now entered its sophomore week on the big screen. On its second Friday, the domestic box office brought in 0.42 crore net. Having already dipped below the 1-crore mark in daily collections starting from its second Thursday, the Malayalam movie’s cumulative net collection rests at 23.85 crore following a 9-day run, while its total Indian gross reaches 28.14 crore.
In international markets, I’m Game accumulated 18.2 crore. Although Dulquer historically commands a robust overseas audience, a slowdown during the opening week limited international gains. This puts the global gross at 46.34 crore, bringing the title within striking distance of the coveted 50 crore milestone. Concurrently, the picture lost more than 400 screens on its second Friday.
