Acclaimed singer Sonu Nigam has parted with his commercial real estate in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), fetching Rs 18 crore for the 3,082-square-foot property. Having originally acquired the workspace in November 2023 for Rs 14.30 crore, Nigam secured a gross profit of Rs 3.70 crore on the transaction. Officially registered on September 4, the agreement encompasses two designated vehicle parking spots alongside a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.08 crore.
