Originally purchased in 2000 for upwards of seven million dollars, the environmentally friendly estate spanned an incredible twelve years of construction and occupies a scenic one-acre parcel.
The pair decided to part ways with the home due to recurring wildfires and a desire to embrace a simpler way of living, having settled into a cozy cottage in their cherished Hawaii.
