The upcoming mythological epic Ramayana Part 1 has offered a fresh look at its cast roster through the debut track “Jai Jai Ram.” Composed by AR Rahman and featuring vocals from Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal, the song introduces several key supporting characters and the actors portraying them.
The newly unveiled character reveals feature Adinath Kothare stepping into the role of Bharat alongside Nitish Sharma as Shatrughan. Meanwhile, Sonia Balani takes on the part of Urmila, Riya Kapoor portrays Mandavi, and Surbhi Das completes the group as Shrutakirti.
Helmed by director Nitesh Tiwari, the sprawling production already boasts a prominent ensemble cast headlined by Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Ravi Dubey.
