Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan has recently finalized an agreement to rent out office properties in Andheri West to BeingU Studios, with the lease scheduled to begin on August 1, 2026, alongside predetermined yearly rent increases.
Furthermore, Roshan and his wife secured a residential rental property in the JVPD Scheme commencing on August 15, 2026, a transaction that entails a security deposit.
Previously, the couple also leased a commercial unit to Fabindia in December 2025.
