Aakasamlo Oka Tara Teaser Review: Dulquer Salmaan’s Green-Flag Husband Avatar Is The Biggest Highlight

Dulquer Salmaan is back with a Telugu film. Even though he is primarily associated with the Malayalam film industry, his success rate in Telugu cinema has been impeccable. The actor is now returning with yet another heartwarming and inspirational film. The teaser of Aakasamlo Oka Tara shows Dulquer in a different light. The film also stars Satvika in the lead, alongside Shruti Haasan. The teaser offers a glimpse into a story about hope, dreams, and breaking social barriers.

The teaser opens with a soft, melodious tune, giving us a glimpse into a small town. We hear a man’s voiceover saying that Kalpana has topped the district in her exams. We then hear an excited Dulquer Salmaan promising to educate Kalpana if she is willing to put all her might into her academics. We see Satvika as Kalpana, who has big ambitions that the people of her small town discourage. She, however, is adamant about not just stepping out of her small town but also going beyond the boundaries of Earth. Her goal is to become an astronaut.

Dulquer Salmaan plays Krishna, who becomes the wind beneath Kalpana’s wings. He helps her achieve her dreams by supporting her education and helping her cross all barriers. Through the teaser, we see that Krishna also goes through a lot to help Kalpana achieve her dreams. Dulquer plays her husband in the film, who is nothing but supportive of his wife’s big dreams.

We also catch a glimpse of Shruti Haasan in the film. She probably plays a character who helps Satvika and Krishna in the final stretch of their journey to achieve their dreams. However, her role is not clear in the teaser.

It is quite interesting to see Dulquer Salmaan play a man who supports a woman’s dream. The story centers on Kalpana rather than Krishna, and Dulquer taking up such a role is quite interesting in itself. The heartwarming, romantic space is where Dulquer has primarily flourished in Telugu cinema. It is a delight to see him return to this space after a long time.

Additionally, Satvika makes her debut with an aspirational role in the film. She looks pretty confident in her first role, hardly making you believe that this is her debut.

The film also features music by GV Prakash Kumar, who has proven to be a magician in this space. The teaser opens with his music, setting the tone for a heartwarming film. The film’s story also promises many high points where the music will only elevate the experience.

Directed by Pavan Sadineni, the film is written by Gunnam Gangaraju, with Sujith Sarang handling the cinematography and Praveen KL handling the editing. Renowned musician GV Prakash Kumar has composed the music.
