Drishyam 3 has clearly exceeded expectations at the Indian box office during its extended 3-day opening weekend. After an epic start on a big national holiday, the film maintained momentum over the next two days, resulting in a mind-blowing weekend total. In the meantime, it registered Bollywood’s 8th biggest opening weekend of all time and became Ajay Devgn’s 7th highest-grossing film of all time.

How much did Drishyam 3 earn at the Indian box office in 3 days?

The Bollywood crime thriller scored a massive 60.5 crore on its first Sunday, day 3. Given positive word-of-mouth, collections were expected to topple the opening day (62 crore), but that was too much to ask, as the opening had a Gandhi Jayanti benefit and hit its peak. Compared to day 2’s 52 crore, the film jumped by 16.35%. Overall, it amassed a staggering 174.5 crore net at the Indian box office, which equals 205.92 crore gross.
