Anand Deverakonda’s film Epic-First Semester was released in theaters amid much hype. In fact, Anand’s older brother Vijay Deverakonda even moved the release of his upcoming film Rana Baali so that Epic would get a solo release. The film was certified A by the censor board. While the hype gave the film a decent opening, it could not maintain the momentum.
Anand Deverakonda‘s latest film also starred Vaishnavi Chaitanya in the lead and is a spin-off of a popular Telugu web series. However, the film could not capitalize on the web series’ popularity and quickly lost steam at the box office.

Overseas, the film ended its run with a gross collection of 2.65 crore, bringing the worldwide gross to 11.85 crore.
