Writer and director Vishal Chaturvedi is heading back into the realm of Indian spiritual narratives with his upcoming feature film, RamBola. Having recently directed Hanuman Ansh, the filmmaker has partnered with Mahaveer Jain Films for this latest venture.
RamBola will chronicle the life of the revered poet and spiritual icon Goswami Tulsidas, whose writings have left an enduring mark on Indian culture and literature. The movie will trace his life’s path and examine the pivotal experiences that forged his devotion and character.

RamBola To Cast & Crew
Although the project has officially been announced, specific casting details remain under wraps. Vishal Chaturvedi, whose previous project Hanuman Ansh centered on Shri Neem Karoli Baba, serves as both writer and director. With RamBola, he shifts his focus to another prominent figure from India’s Sant tradition.

Mahaveer Jain Films’ Upcoming Projects
RamBola forms part of a broader, expanding slate of films from Mahaveer Jain Films. The studio is additionally backing Naagzilla—directed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba and starring Kartik Aaryan—alongside Sooraj Barjatya’s Yeh Prem Mol Liya, which features Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari.
Their upcoming slate also features White, a movie drawing inspiration from an incident involving spiritual leader Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, with Vikrant Massey attached to star.
