Keyshia Cole was seen posing in the press room at the BET Awards at the Microsoft Theater, in Los Angeles. Keyshia Cole and Ashanti had slayed their epic Verzuz battle, while they were seen bringing out some of their biggest hits! The social media appeared to be unhappy with Keyshia Cole, who is just 39 years old. She has been more than fashionably late than her Verzuz battle against the Ashanti who is currently 40 on Thursday, as on 21st of January.
The Just Like You singer along with the 51 years old, Diddy took to the comment section so as to express her frustration. One fan wrote, “Come on, Keyshia!!!” he exclaimed in the comments, as others took to the Twitter platform to complain. “After making us wait over a month for this #Verzuz, Keyshia and Ashanti have the nerve to be late.” Diddy seemed to be waiting for Keysia Cole in the comment section of her Verzuz battle. As the show came on the road, both Ashanti and Keyshia had slayed with one hit after the another.

Ashanti brought out her Murder Inc. era tunes including the Down 4 Y with Ja Rule, which happened to be from an iconic silver throne that’s jusr apt for loyalty. She even brought back all the vibes from her old school with yet another popular release, namely the “Baby.” It harmonized on the track just as it was during the early ’00s. She even hung arounf in an incredibly sexy blazer dress while adorning it with a long pearl necklace over it, “See I can never feel at home with you/I gave up everything I owned for you.”
Keyshia showed off her oval range on the 2008’s while reflecting at her teenage years, “Playa Cardz Right” with 2Pac, and shouting out the late rapper who has been a close friend of her brothers. “I was almost signed to Death Row Records — that was so long ago.”
The Vezruz battle was highly anticipated to start on 12th of December but then it was cancelled as Ashanti was tested positive for Covid 19. Ashanti wrote, “Hey y’all just wanted to say thank you so much for all of your thoughts and prayers. I’ve gotten so many calls, texts, emails and DMs (direct messages) checking in on me and my family and I’m super grateful for that!” She later on confirmed that she has been feeling well and the fact that she had recovered from the Covid by stating, “I’m feeling much better … Thanking God that my mom is out of the hospital and my dad is doing well.”
