‘Ramayana’ English cut to be 30 minutes SHORTER than Hindi

Director Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming film Ramayana will release an abbreviated English cut tailored for international viewers. This global version is set to drop songs and edit down scenes to align with overseas audience tastes. In contrast, the Hindi-language edition of the movie will run considerably longer and feature full musical sequences.

The international rollout is slated for November 5, followed by the Indian theatrical premiere on November 8. Meanwhile, the second installment of the epic two-part franchise is already mapped out for a Diwali 2027 debut.
