Independent musician Sargam Vaish has alleged that the producers of the film *The Vvaan*, which features Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia, incorporated his track *Aigiri Nandini* into the movie trailer without obtaining authorization. Vaish asserted that the filmmakers utilized his original master recording and warned that he would pursue legal measures if the track is not taken down.
Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) member Ricky Kej raised questions regarding how the unreleased track was obtained, to which Vaish responded that he was likewise looking for answers.
