Vijay Deverakonda opened up about the grueling effects of filming ‘Liger’ on his body, detailing his severe water restriction regimen. Initially consuming four to six liters a day, he drastically cut it down to just 200 ml. This drastic change took a toll on his mental and physical performance during shoots. Post-filming, he found himself longing for coconut water to hydrate.
