Divya files Rs 1 crore defamation suit against Bayilvan

Divya Sathyaraj has taken legal action against Bayilvan Ranganathan after he made defamatory comments in the wake of her YouTube interview. In response, the Madras High Court has issued an interim protection order prohibiting Ranganathan from issuing any further statements. Furthermore, the court instructed multiple platforms to block the dissemination of the contested material. Divya Sathyaraj is demanding Rs 1 crore in damages from Ranganathan as well as the owner of the YouTube channel.
