Introduction to The Everything Everywhere All at Once
An introduction to a book by Julia Lawless and Katherine Jarvis, The Everything Everywhere All at Once is an account of the authors’ unexpected journey towards stillness through an exploration of meditation. Their spiritual path leads them to take a greater interest in exploring their thoughts, intentions, convictions, and beliefs. They also take up a unique writing practice that allows for healing through writing to understand oneself better than before.
The two writers of this book were drawn to meditation and the spiritual path after they experienced personal turmoil or loss. Having gone through a tragic event, they found solace in meditation and became more interested in understanding the nature of consciousness. The book tells a story of their journey as they explore aspects of wisdom, faith, and belief.
