I am a huge fan of My Hero Academia and I have been following it since the beginning. Season 5 has been airing and so far, it is just as awesome as the other seasons! My Hero Academia has five new members joining the anime for its fifth season. They are the Meta Liberation Army.
The official Twitter account for the show posted a tweet that said the voices of the people in the group were revealed. They also posted a picture. Hiroaki Hirata will be voicing Rikiya Yotsubashi a.k.a. Re-Destro, Tomokazu Sugita will voice Tomoyasu Chikazoku a.k.a. Skeptic, Junji Majima will voice Koku Hanabata a.k.a. Trumpet, Takako Honda will voice Choose Kizuki a.k.a. Curious and Seiichiro Yamashita will voice Get. The characters will arrive in Season 5 following the Endeavor Agency Arc, which is currently in full swing.
The Meta Liberation Army is a group of people who want to make sure that Quirks are not regulated. They believe that using them is our basic right. The group was founded by its original leader, Destro. He wrote the book, “Meta Liberation War”. Control of the group has since passed onto his son, Rikiya Yotsubashi, also known as Re-Destro, who commands the army alongside Curious, Trumpet, and Skeptic. Fans will soon meet the incoming antagonists when the Meta Liberation Army makes its debut this season.

Official Trailer date
In the first week of October 2020, makers officially announced the renewal of the 5th season of MHA. The first My Hero Academia Season 5 trailer was also unveiled. Along with a peep into the pitch idea came the release timeline. The upcoming season was announced to arrive sometime in Spring 2021.

Release date
MHA Season 5 release date has been set for Saturday, 27th March 2021. It will be released to Japanese anime fans on Yomiuri TV / NTV 29 stations. My Hero Academia Season 4 episodes will be broadcast every Saturday at 5:30 PM JST. The makers have yet not confirmed the number of episodes.
Dubbed versions are likely to come to streaming platforms such as Funimation, Crunchyroll, Hulu, VRV, and Netflix. My Hero Academia Season 5 English dub on FUNimation Now is speculated to be a simuldub season, somewhat similar to the previous seasons.
Some feel that due to COVID restrictions, my hero academia season 5 release date dub may get delayed. The makers are yet to confirm.
Synopsis
The story of My Hero Academia started by narrating the story of Izuku Midoriya. He is a boy born without superpowers, in a world where most humans are born or develop superpowers by four.
Izuku is bullied for being born without any power. Yet, he dreams of being a superhero, even after getting bullied by his closest friend, Katsuki Bakugo. However, his wishes come true when he meets All-Might. All-Might is Japan’s greatest hero. He passes down his powers to Izuku after noticing his potential.
All-Might enrolls him in the U.A. High School, for training him to become a Hero. The All-Might wishes Izuku to carry out his legacy by becoming his successor. In other words, superpowers are also known as Quirks in the My Hero Academia universe. There are infinite kinds of Quirks in this universe. No two individuals appear to possess the same superpowers.
