Elisa Donovan, known for her role in Clueless, has reflected on the worries she held regarding her former co-star Brittany Murphy prior to the actress’s 2009 death.
During an appearance on the Still Here Hollywood podcast, Donovan shared that she “wasn’t surprised” when she heard the news of Murphy’s passing, noting that the late actress had previously appeared visibly unwell.
Although she pointed out that the two were never close friends, Donovan stated that she suspected Murphy had been struggling with substance issues and an eating disorder.
