Kenny Rogers’ former Las Vegas home now seeks $3.95M after expansion

The former Las Vegas residence of Kenny Rogers has returned to the market with a $3.95 million asking price, following a sale of $2.79 million in 2021. Since that time, the estate has grown to encompass over two acres. Meanwhile, the original 7,249-square-foot dwelling was gutted in preparation for a larger 20,000-square-foot reconstruction project. Although the property remains incomplete, it comes with finalized blueprints for an expansive high-end mansion, a swimming pool, and an underground garage.
