* Hunter X Hunter Season 6:
* Hunter x Hunter (2022)
* Hunter X Hunter Manga Summary:
“HxH is about a boy named Gon Freecss, who discovers that his father, whom he was told died long ago, is alive and well. Not only is he alive, but he is also a famous Hunter – a professional traveler who specializes in finding rare treasures, gourmet foods, and compelling artifacts. With his father gone for many years, Gon departs on a quest to find him and reunite his family. During his journey, Gon meets various other hunters who often help him during some of his tougher battles.”
The Plot of the Hunter X Hunter Season 6 :
The Hunter X Hunter Season 6 will feature Gon and Killua working together to find an ex-teacher they both respect. There are more twists and turns, and I want to spoil the fun for those who have not read or seen Hunter x Hunter 2011. Hunter x Hunter Season 6 will have Gon and Killua and all the other characters who appeared in Hunter X Hunter 2011. Though I am not sure about Kurapika yet, it should be fun to watch whether or not he is in Hunter X Hunter season 6.
One of my greatest regrets was that Kurapika went on a quest to the dark continent while Gon and Killua had a stronger bond than ever before.
I hope Hunter x Hunter has an ending that would satisfy me and many others; they don’t want to drag it too long just for more money coming their way. If Hunter X Hunter’s ending is superbly done, maybe we can see another story of Madhouse Studio, like Death Note, where the anime ended after the main level had been told.
I think Hunter X Hunter was brilliant, and it will have an open ending; maybe it’s best if Hunter X Hunter ends here because we can be more satisfied with this series while other shows don’t.
Other fans might disagree with me since they want to see Hunter x Hunter Season 6, but I have reasons why I wish Hunter x Hunter to end with just the original story. January 2017 is a long time from now, so let’s hope for the best and leave our throats dry in anticipation of what will come next in this anime.

Star Cast for Hunter X Hunter Season 6 :
One Punch-Man
With the upcoming second season of One Punch Man coming out this winter (JNN), they have decided to introduce brand new characters in another world as well as the main ones we love; however, there are no significant spoilers or even character information released yet for this show since it isn’t even titled yet. Hunter x Hunter s return?
Cast Background for Hunter X Hunter Season 6 :
Hunter X Hunter Season 6 Return Date For the past few weeks, there has been a lot of speculation based on fan theories on when Hunter x Hunter season 6 would return to the anime screen. From an early release date in late 2022 to something completely different. It was finally confirmed that the original animation studio: Nippon-Arcs, finished Hunter x Hunter season 6, and it will be coming out sometime in the fall of 2020.
It is said that Madhouse originally wanted to continue airing Hunter x Hunter after episode 148; however, since they were not given a contract or news from Yoshihiro Togashi himself about the continuation of the show, they decided to end Hunter x Hunter season 5. According to the creator, Hunter X Hunter is not going on hiatus this year because he wants people to focus on his other work: Hunter X Hunter Boston Book’s 3. He also said that Hunter X Hunter Season 6 and Hunter X Hunter Boston Book 3 will come out in 2022, along with Hunter X Hunter Movie 2 True Saviour (now titled).
The Plot :
The plot of Hunter x Hunter season 6 will continue where it left off with Gon taking his father’s place as a Master Hunter; however, since there are too many loose ends from the last arc (York Shin City arc), the story will take place in Greed Island which was introduced to us through one of the Hunter Exams (as a Hunter X Hunter OVA).
The characters joining Gon in Hunter x Hunter season 6 are Leorio, Kurapika, and Hisoka. We will also see more of Killua since he’s still on good terms with Gon, although he left the Hunter world behind. There will also be some time travel involved because it seems like Ging has been asleep for almost ten years but hasn’t age a day since receiving an injury from fighting Kaito, who died during the Hunter exam.
Also, remember this scene?
We’ll get another flashback when Gon finds Ging sleeping by his house after returning from Greed Island, so I’m sure we’ll get more of Ging and Hunter X Hunter season 6. Gon has to be excited.
From what I’ve read, Hunter x Hunter season 6 will start with Gon and the gang going after Kaito’s killer (the one who stabbed him in the heart) while also trying to find Hisoka, who is currently asleep from his overkill use of Nen during the Hunter exam. The group then decides to search for Kurapika instead of pursuing the killer, as they can’t tell if it’s safe to stay in Yorknew city anymore. Plus, Leorio wants some old friends back so that he can get their help becoming a doctor again. As for the Hunter x Hunter season 6 release date, it is stated that Hunter X Hunter season 6 will start airing sometime in the Fall of 2021.

– Hunter X Hunter Season 6: Release Date
I’m unsure when Hunter X Hunter season 6 will air since I’ve heard several conflicting statements about its release date. My source told me that Hunter x Hunter could be released as early as Fall 2021, while others say it won’t be before 2022, but I guess we’ll have to wait for an official confirmation on that front soon enough.
