What does The Mosquito Coast season 2 have in store for us? The answer: a lot. The cast and plot of the new season are jam-packed with suspense. The show will be based on the second novel by Paul Theroux, entitled The Great Railway Bazaar. Season 1 was loosely based on his first novel, The Mosquito Coast, which tells the story of an American family who moves to Central America to live as self-proclaimed rulers under bizarre circumstances. The Great Railway Bazaar has been described as “a journey that tests man’s capacity for personal growth and cultural understanding.”
