Nicole Franzel, who won Big Brother 18 and is back for her third season, has a lot to prove. She’s the only Big Brother Big Winner to make the cast for Big Brother 23. Metta World Peace is a retired NBA player who has never watched Big Brother before. Will he be playing the game or just making friends? Paul Abrahamian, runner up in Big Brother 17 and back again this season, has learned from his mistakes last year and will not go down without a fight. Big Brother veteran Da’Vonne Rogers, runner up in Big Brother 16 and back for her third time, is determined to win this season.

– Bridgette Dunning: Big Brother 19 cast member who has a criminal background, she was arrested for participating in an armed robbery on her family home when she was 14 years old.

What’s new this season?
– The token of $500 is now a personal prize that the winner gets to give to someone else in his or her final speech.
– Big Brother 23 will be the first season to feature an openly transgender houseguest, meaning a contestant who does not identify with their sex assigned at birth and is instead living as a gender different than what they were born as. This Big Brother cast member is also set to make history by being the first transgender person ever on Big Brother.
– Big Brother 23 will be the first season to feature openly gay houseguests. One of these Big Brother cast members is set to make history by being the show’s first out gay man and Big Brother’s youngest at age 20.
